Call connection fee towards all networks in Croatia: 0,39 HRK/call

How long can I use 10 GB and 200 local minutes?

You can use 10 GB and 200 minutes during 30 days from the day of activation.
How can I activate my SIM card?

Your SIM card will be activated when you make a call, send SMS, connect to internet or if you top up your account with voucher.
How can I check the balance and remaining gigabytes and minutes??

You can check your account balance:
1) by sending an SMS with the keyword BALANCE to 13880 or
3) by downloading Telemach application from Google play store-a ili Apple store-a.
How can I activate additional SMS option?

You can activate 100 SMS for 5 HRK by sending SMS with keyword 100SMS to 13855. This option will be reactivated during 30th day. You can stop reactivation by sending SMS with keyword STOP100SMS to 13888.
How can I activate additional minute option?

You can activate 100 minutes for 15 HRK by sending SMS with keyword 100MIN to 13855. This option will be reactivated during 30th day. You can stop reactivation by sending SMS with keyword STOP100MIN to 13888.
Can I activate another package on this number?

You can activate one of below package by sending SMS with keyword to 13888.
- 0,5 GB, 200 minutes and 200 SMS – keyword: S, price: 39 kn
- 2GB, 500 minutes and 500 SMS – keyword: M, price: 59 kn
- 7GB, 1000 minutes and 1000 SMS – keyword: L, price: 89 kn
If you activate above package, you cannot activate 10 GB and 200 minutes package for second time.
