How can I activate my SIM card?

Your SIM card will be activated when you make a call, send SMS, connect to internet or if you top up your account with voucher.
How can I check the balance and minutes, SMS or data spending?

You can check your account balance:
- by sending an SMS with the keyword BALANCE to 13880
- by dialing *150# or
- by downloading application Telemach
What is included in packages?

Start package SIM2GO for tourists package includes:
- 10 GB
- 200 minutes towards all networks in Croatia and
- 1,33 EUR on account

Start package NET2GO PLUS for tourists package includes:
- Unlimited internet
- 200 minutes towards all networks in Croatia
What is not included in packages?

- Calls towards networks in Croatia after spending 200 minutes: 0,16 EUR
- Call connection fee towards all networks in Croatia: 0,04 EUR/call (only for SIM2GO for tourists)
- SMS towards Croatian networks: 0,05 EUR/SMS
- SMS towards networks abroad: 0,13 EUR/SMS
- Data transfer after using up the data package: 0,0033 EUR/10 kB

How long can I use Internet and local minutes?

You can use SIM2GO for tourist package during 30 days and NET2GO PLUS package during 10 days from the day of SIM card activation.

After packages expire you can activate them once more:
- SIM2GO - 10 GB and 200 local minutes for 9,16 EUR by sending SMS with keyword PAKET2020 or 10GB200MIN to 13999
- NET2GO PLUS - unlimited internet and 200 local minutes for 7,96 EUR by sending SMS with keyword UNLPLUS to 13999
